Overview

Be HUEmane provides travel management services for corporate clients, organizations, government-related travel where eligible, event planners, destination wedding coordinators, and leisure travelers. Our HUEmane approach combines strategic sourcing, hands-on coordination, and proactive problem-solving to manage complex itineraries, group movement, and duty-of-care-minded planning with discipline and precision. We have managed travel across 25+ countries and six continents for groups of up to 60+ travelers.

We source competitive rates, manage schedule changes, and provide responsive traveler support before and during travel to keep trips organized and on schedule. We partner with locally owned hotels, transport operators, and guides to create reliable experiences while supporting the communities where we operate. We anticipate issues early, work quickly to resolve disruptions, and escalate them to suppliers.

That approach comes from the same place as our hosted cultural escapes: travel should educate, connect people across differences, and leave something behind for the communities we visit.

We serve as a strategic travel partner, providing advisory support in change management, cost control, and sustainability while tailoring each engagement to client objectives, timelines, and traveler needs. This supports high-touch corporate, organizational, and event travel, and government-related travel where eligible.

Local Partnership Model. Our HUEmane approach prioritizes locally owned hotels, transport providers, and tour guides to deliver authentic experiences and direct spend into local communities.

Proven Global Reach. We have managed travel in 25+ countries across six continents, serving more than 300 travelers and completing 60+ international and domestic trips from 2023 to present. This supports complex, multi-destination itineraries and fast-moving logistics.

Owner-Led, Hands-On Service. Owner Farrin Stanton personally leads each engagement, monitoring details, communicating quickly, and delivering real-time itinerary updates using tools such as WeTravel and Travefy, for continuity, responsiveness, and traveler confidence.

Past Performance

Taylor Friends & Family | Exploring Kenya. Managed a full-service group trip to Kenya, including logistics, accommodations, and on-the-ground coordination. In partnership with the Mathare community in Nairobi, Kenya, we delivered school supplies for 40+ students and funded a full week of breakfast.

The Milestone Celebrant | Belize Birthday Takeover. Coordinated a milestone birthday group trip to Belize, partnering with five locally owned businesses for ground transportation, private cultural tours, and chef-led culinary experiences. Guests traveled from nine U.S. states, and all arrivals, departures, and connections were managed seamlessly.

Hall Destination Wedding | Cancun Wedding. Executed a destination wedding in Cancun for 30+ guests traveling from four U.S. states. Scope included air travel coordination, full wedding logistics, and officiant services, with synchronized arrival schedules and ceremony flow.
